Welcome to Baybridge

Baybridge is a small community of single homes and townhomes. We are located near Lake George and the Adirondacks in beautiful Warren County NY. The local area is plentiful with outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, skiing and golfing.

Our Association consist of 86 total units, 22 of which are single ranch type structures and 64 are townhouses.
The single units have full basements and 2-car garages with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
The townhouses either have full basements or crawl spaces and are 2 or 3 bedrooms with 1-car garages.

Some of the many service and maintenance provided through our Association are:
     Trash pickup, snow removal, lawn care and common area landscaping.
     Siding repair and power washing
     Driveway seal coating and replacement.
   Chimney and roof repair and replacement.
     Painting of lamp posts, garage doors, staining exterior wooden steps.
