QBHOA 2025 Accomplishments

Baybridge Accomplishments 

October 2024 - October 2025

  1. Power washed 28 homes on Dorlon Dr. & #36-42 Baybridge Dr.
  2. Seal coated driveways for 28 homes on Dorlon Dr. & 36-42 Baybridge Dr.
  3. Cleaned all the gutters & downspouts of any debris from leaves and branches before winter weather.
  4. Got Warren County to remove the beaver dam along our brook, again.
  5. Installed 260’ of French drain between Dorlon Dr. & Gentry Ln. allowing residents to tie their downspouts to the French drain.
  6. Installed a security video/still picture camera in the QBHOA gazebo.
  7. Got the Sheriff’s department to set up the speed calculating device.
  8. Removed bees from some resident’s front yards.
  9. Had masonry work done on chimneys at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 28, 30, 32 Dorlon Dr.
  10. Roofed 2-12 Dorlon Dr. & repaired skylights at 22-28 Dorlon Dr.
  11. Cleaned out and around all perimeter drains on Baybridge property.
  12. Stained patio steps at 22 residents’ homes (30 sets).
  13. Installed new patio steps at 3 residents’ homes (5 sets).
  14. Repaired steps at 4 residents’ homes.
  15. Painted 4 lamp posts at residents’ homes.
  16. Painted 7 garage doors at residents’ homes.
  17. Repaired & painted facia on 1 resident’s home.
  18. Painted the posts & backs of the large Baybridge signs located on Baybridge Dr. & Walker Ln.
  19. Installed a new lockable cabinet in the gazebo for ballots & forms.
  20. Installed solar lighting at both Baybridge signs.
  21. Conducted the annual inspection of all Baybridge yards and patios. Letters went out to 12 residents and were resolved.
  22. Maintained the gardens around the gazebo and entrance signs with beautiful flowers.
  23. Had Fones Tree Service cut out & stump 3 trees, and remove dead branches on a large tree behind the gazebo.
  24. Had Why Not Pest Control treat areas where moles & voles were evident, and remove a large hornets nest from a Maple tree behind the gazebo.
  25. Edged around the gazebo, common areas & lawns.
  26. Mulched around residents’ front gardens, utility areas, and all common areas.
  27. Planted a pear, a maple, and a magnolia tree within our community.
  28. Removed 5 dead shrubs and planted 7 new shrubs in front garden beds and utility areas, and performed Spring trimming of all shrubs.
  29. Brush hogged our field areas.
  30. Groomed 4 areas where trees were removed with seed and sod.
  31. Trimmed 11 trees.
  32. Completed Fall trimming of all shrubbery.
  33. Cut back overgrowth along the Walker Ln - Gentry Ln boundary.
  34. Removed snow from all driveways and walkways during the winter.


 

The QBHOA has many residents from Board members to Street Reps and individual volunteers for various reasons. I wish to acknowledge those volunteers tonight who make Baybridge a crown jewel in any HOA community.

Betty Barrett, Vice President - Beautification Committee & Legal Committee

Cheryl Straut, Secretary - All functions of our business that needs to be recorded; Legal Committee

Bill Garrow - Painting & staining, step repairs & replacement 

John Kennedy - Masonry & roofing projects

Kathy Huntington - Welcoming of new residents

Bill Trombley, President - Driveways, power washing, and anywhere I am needed

 

John Rajter is the latest Baybridge resident to join our group of volunteers in making Bayridge the perfect place to live. If any resident wishes to join our team of volunteers, please contact any Board member as we will be more than willing to have you aboard. I would hate to think where we would be without our volunteers providing great services to Baybridge.

 

My deepest and sincere appreciation to all who volunteer for the good of Baybridge. The Board alone could not continue its work without YOU. Thank you for all you do!
